Course Overview
This course introduces the main concepts related to outcome-based education and quality teaching. The first day summarizes the accreditation process and its key terms and emphasizes the Continuous Improvement Cycle: Plan – Do – Check – Act. Effective outcome assessment will be the focus for the second day.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
- Write measurable ILOs for a course/program.
- Align ILOs to teaching strategies & activities.
- Map ILOs to assessment methods.
- Measure (KPIs) and benchmarks for performance.
- Document reviewable evidence for effectiveness.
- Judge quality at different levels (Test/course/program).
