Road to an Impactful Software Engineering Graduation Project for Computer Science Students

On 12 August, an online seminar titled “Road to Impactful Software Engineering Graduation Project” was held as part of the Graduation Projects Sessions. The event aimed to support final-year students in preparing for their graduation projects.

The session walked students through the entire journey, from choosing a compelling idea to navigating the development process with professionalism and innovation. Attendees learned how to refine their concepts, avoid common pitfalls, and ensure their projects aligned with both academic and industry standards.

Both speakers offered practical advice, highlighted frequent mistakes, and presented strategies to help students create impactful and standout graduation projects.

The session concluded with an engaging discussion, leaving students better prepared and more confident to embark on their graduation project journey.

الطريق نحو مشروع تخرج متميز في هندسة البرمجيات لطلاب كلية المعلومات والحاسبات

في يوم 12 أغسطس، عُقدت ندوة عبر الإنترنت بعنوان “الطريق نحو مشروع تخرج متميز في هندسة البرمجيات” وذلك ضمن سلسلة جلسات مشاريع التخرج. وقد هدفت الندوة إلى إرشاد طلاب السنة النهائية في كلية المعلومات والحاسبات للتحضير لمشاريع التخرج الخاصة بهم.

غطت الجلسة مختلف المراحل، بدءًا من اختيار فكرة مميزة للمشروع وصولًا إلى إدارة عملية التطوير باحترافية وابتكار. كما حصل الطلاب على رؤى قيّمة حول كيفية تطوير أفكارهم، وتجنب الأخطاء الشائعة، وضمان توافق مشاريعهم مع المعايير الأكاديمية ومتطلبات الصناعة.
