Student Support Office (SSO)

“This is not good enough- someone ought to do something about it!”

There are times when we all feel or say something like this, such as when an expected level of service has not been met or something has happened about which we are not happy with.

MIU welcomes your enquiries and feedback both positive and negative, because it is only by having such feedback that we can check that we are providing you with a quality service.

We acknowledge however that sometimes, matters cannot be dealt with on an informal and immediate basis and that a more formal, documented approach, is necessary.
For the ultimate objective of the students’ satisfaction, the SSO (Student Support Office) offers students the following:
1. Information regarding any of the students’ enquiries
2. Assistance regarding students complaints and petitions

Alumni & Career Services Office:

This office works on keeping MIU undergraduates with the job market and its alumni in touch with the university and their colleagues. There is a whole host of services and facilities that the office provides such as:
