Attendance Regulations

A student must continue attending in the section he/she is registered in; if he/she attends in another section, he/she will be considered absent even if the two sections are taught by the same instructor.

In case a student exceeds 25% of his/her absence, he/she will not be permitted to attend exams and will receive a “WU” in the not permitted course(s) or an “F’ if the course is English. A list of not permitted students is issued monthly and is sent via e-mail. The student must check it periodically as it is considered one of his/her responsibilities.

If absence is caused by proven illness or emergency, the university physician must be informed on the same day of illness. No medical reports will be accepted unless approved by the university physician.
