About 70 MIU students and 17 staff members from all faculties are travelling this summer to Germany, France, and Canada to attend specialized and advanced language programs around the world.
Each language course studied abroad is counted as an elective course for MIU students, except for students from Architecture and Dentistry; and all the summer language courses are certified from the partner universities visited.
For the first time, 17 MIU academic staff members, along with eight students will travel to Canada for a special Advanced English Summer Program at Prince Edward Island University, from July 20th to August 9th, 2008.
13 Students from different faculties are also travelling to Avignon University, France, from the 1st to the 18th of July, 2008. Two other groups of MIU students from different faculties are flying to Germany for two other different language programs. 26 MIU students will attend a language program at Heilbronn University from the 4th to the 24th of August, 2008 and 29 MIU students are attending a different language program at Bremen University between the 4th and the 29th of August, 2008.
