Misr International University’s International Office invited Professor Luca Deon from Lucerne University for Applied Sciences, Switzerland, to review the work of the 5th year graduation design studio.
Professor Deon was invited to review students’ work as part of MIU’s continuing efforts to ensure international standards of education. The students’ projects were focused on designing a wellness center in a park overlooking Cairo Tower and the challenge was to build a strong recreational space while providing the sense of privacy and identity for the patients.
Professor Deon’s impression after reviewing the projects was that MIU students are interested and curious to know more about architecture and that they have a good vision which will aid them in their education.
